Yoksulluk, i\u015fsizlik, i\u015f cinayetleri, ekolojik sorunlar, kad\u0131n cinayetleri artarken, gen\u00e7, \u00e7ocuk, kad\u0131n, emekli demeden milyonlar g\u00fcnbeg\u00fcn k\u00fcresel ve yerel s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc a\u011flar\u0131na mahkum edilirken sosyalistlerin g\u00fcndemini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde se\u00e7imlerin belirlemesi \u201cso\u011fuk\u201d bir ger\u00e7ek. \u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz ko\u015fullara dair politik bir de\u011ferlendirme yaparken Mahir\u2019i anmam\u0131z\u0131n nedeninin onu y\u00fcceltme ya da \u015fahs\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck bir \u00f6vg\u00fc olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k. Zira devrimciler y\u00fcceltilmeye de \u00f6vg\u00fcye de ihtiya\u00e7 duymaz. Bizim i\u00e7in bu y\u00f6nde bir anman\u0131n esprisi ise sadece ve sadece tarihsel ve fikri gerek\u00e7elerle olabilir. Onun \u00f6zellikle Lenin\u2019in fikirlerini ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcmseyerek geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi strateji ile taktik ve objektif ile subjektif ko\u015fullar\u0131n ili\u015fkisine dair fikirleri; olay, olgu ve ili\u015fkileri ele al\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131 ve bu \u00f6z\u00fcmsemenin getirdi\u011fi politik hareket tarz\u0131 sosyalist m\u00fccadelenin mevcut durumu hasebiyle ve bu a\u00e7\u0131dan kimi temel ger\u00e7ekleri hat\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in \u00fczerinde durulmaya de\u011fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siyasete g\u00fcncel m\u00fcdahale tarz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 belirlerken, mevcut siyasi ili\u015fkilerdeki ve ideolojik yakla\u015f\u0131mlardaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n, benzerliklerin ve safla\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcl durumunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak geli\u015ftirmemiz gereken taktikleri -sosyalist- stratejiymi\u015f\u00e7esine kal\u0131c\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma tavr\u0131 sosyalist siyasette epeydir yayg\u0131nca kullan\u0131l\u0131yor ve hatta al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline geldi. Bunun somut \u00f6rneklerini son y\u0131llardaki se\u00e7imlerde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc s\u00f6yledik. Bu durum hem bir sonu\u00e7 hem de bir neden. Stratejik kararlar ve hareket tarz\u0131 bahaneleriyle hem sosyalizm m\u00fccadelesinin tarihsel do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131, bu m\u00fccadelenin t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in hayatili\u011fini ve ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de bu y\u00f6ndeki stratejiyi belirleyen temel \u00e7eli\u015fkinin \u00f6zg\u00fcl g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6z ard\u0131 eden ya da kendi fikir ve hareket tarz\u0131n\u0131 hakl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131 oldu\u011fundan farkl\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sosyalist hareketlerin durumu, bazen parti bazen \u00f6rg\u00fct bazen de \u00f6nderlik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda beliren \u2018\u00f6znelcili\u011fin\u2019 ya da otonomculu\u011fun yeniden ve yeniden \u00fcretilmesine kaynakl\u0131k ediyor. Bu e\u011filim, halihaz\u0131rdaki sosyalist hareketlerde yayg\u0131n bir siyaset \u00fcretme bi\u00e7imi halini ald\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bir yandan bizi neyi ne i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmaya zorlayan ko\u015fullar di\u011fer yandan s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesinin g\u00fcncel ve acil ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na yeti\u015fme zorunlulu\u011fu sosyalistler i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne \u00f6zg\u00fc bir zorunluluk de\u011fil. Tarihte kimi zaman nesnel ko\u015fullar\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fcnden daha elveri\u015fli kimi zaman ise daha elveri\u015fsiz olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olsa da sosyalistlerin ayn\u0131 disiplinle ve ayn\u0131 s\u00fcreklilikle devrime odaklanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. Devrimciler ko\u015fullar\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na kap\u0131lmak ve olumsuzluklara hay\u0131flanmak, yak\u0131nmak bir yana \u00f6zg\u00fcl ve nesnel durumu ak\u0131lc\u0131 bir \u015fekilde anlamak ve ko\u015fullar ne denli olumsuz olursa olsun mevcut g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerini k\u0131sa ve uzun vadede proletaryan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na uygun hale getirecek \u015fekilde hareket etmi\u015flerdir. \u00d6yleyse sosyalist olman\u0131n kati gereklili\u011fini \u00f6l\u00fcm y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde Mahir arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hat\u0131rlayal\u0131m: \u201cDevrim i\u00e7in sava\u015fmayana sosyalist denmez.\u201d Sosyalistlerin \u2013ya da kendini \u00f6yle addedenlerin- s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi, proletarya diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Marksizm, devrim, ideolojik kesinlik, emperyalizm, g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri gibi sosyalizm m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7in temel olan olgular yokmu\u015f gibi tarihsiz ve materyalist olmayan fikirlere ve hareket tarz\u0131na yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde sahip olmas\u0131, bizi hem tarihi ve tarihin bug\u00fcnle ili\u015fkisini hem de ikisi aras\u0131nda kurulacak ili\u015fkinin her seferinde yeni bir y\u00f6ntemle, yeni bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ke\u015ffiyle de\u011fil materyalist bir yolla kurulabilece\u011fini de hat\u0131rlamam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor: \u201c \u2018politik konjonkt\u00fcr\u2019 veya \u2018akt\u00fcel u\u011frak\u2019 kavram\u0131 \u2018belli bir toplumda, tarihin belli bir an\u0131nda o toplumdaki s\u0131n\u0131flar ve g\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131ndaki kuvvet dengesinin objektif durumu\u2019 anlam\u0131na gelir\u201d (M. \u00c7ayan). G\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7larla nihai ama\u00e7 ya da Mahir\u2019in politik konjonkt\u00fcr tan\u0131m\u0131ndaki \u00f6zg\u00fcl durum ile onu belirleyen nihai etken olarak s\u0131n\u0131f ve g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 koptu\u011funda ya da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edildi\u011finde halis bir pragmatizm ve bunun getirdi\u011fi grup\u00e7uluk ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelir. Proletarya devriminin ve devrimcili\u011finin enternasyonal karakteri yok say\u0131l\u0131r ve bir t\u00fcr<\/em> cemaat\u00e7ilik t\u00fcrer. Bu bazen bir hareket, bazen bir parti ya da farkl\u0131 siyasi unsurlar\u0131 i\u00e7eren ittifak \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131ksa da \u00f6z\u00fcnde ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m ve hareket tarz\u0131n\u0131n nihai niteli\u011fi kimlik\u00e7iliktir. Bu ise sosyalist hareketlerin d\u00fcnyada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde egemen olan \u201ckimlik siyaseti\u201dnin etkisi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funun emaresidir. \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck, gelenek\u00e7ilik, \u00f6nderlik, particilik vb. olarak tezah\u00fcr eden e\u011filimler, bazen devrimcili\u011fi, kom\u00fcnistli\u011fi bile bir kimlikten ibaretmi\u015f\u00e7esine ve bunun da belli s\u00f6ylemsel gereklilikleri varm\u0131\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r. Devrimcilik -en az\u0131ndan ilk anlam\u0131yla- bir kimlik de\u011fildir. Dahas\u0131 kimlik\u00e7i hareketler b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuva ideolojilerle \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcncel bir uyar\u0131y\u0131 da i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde hat\u0131rlayal\u0131m: \u201cproleter devrimcilerinin g\u00f6revi, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131, ihtimaller \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015f bir politikaya dayanarak, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvazinin pe\u015fine takmak de\u011fil, tam tersine, onu bilin\u00e7lendirerek, \u00f6rg\u00fctleyerek b\u00fct\u00fcn halk\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc durumuna getirmektir\u201d (M. \u00c7ayan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7larla nihai amac\u0131 hem birbirinden ay\u0131rmak hem de tarihsel bir ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde ve birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, bu y\u00f6nde g\u00fcncel safla\u015fmalar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izecek ve bunu derinle\u015ftirecek politik ve ideolojik m\u00fcdahalelerde bulunmak i\u00e7in Mahir \u00c7ayan\u2019\u0131n Lenin\u2019den de yararlanarak bize hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk ayr\u0131m\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izelim: \u201c\u0130\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan toplumun s\u00fcreci i\u00e7indeki \u00e7eli\u015fmelerden ana \u00e7eli\u015fmenin saptanarak, bu ana \u00e7eli\u015fmenin tayin etti\u011fi, o s\u00fcrecin niteli\u011finin belirtilmesine, (Devrimci a\u015faman\u0131n tayini) ve bu niteli\u011fe uygun devrimci \u015fiarlar\u0131n kompoze edilmesine Marksist literat\u00fcrde strateji denir.\u201d Taktik ise \u201cana \u00e7eli\u015fmenin niteli\u011fini tayin etti\u011fi s\u00fcrecin, de\u011fi\u015fik a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re (s\u00fcrecin belli a\u015famalar\u0131nda bazen tali \u00e7eli\u015fki ile \u00fcst \u00fcste gelebilir, bazen de ana \u00e7eli\u015fmenin baz\u0131 k\u0131smi unsurlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenir), bu \u015fartlara uygun pozisyonlar \u00e7izme, \u015fartlara uygun, tecrit edilmi\u015f hareketler yapma sanat\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d Yukar\u0131da bahsi ge\u00e7en nihai ama\u00e7 ile g\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7lar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin nesnel duruma uygun \u015fekilde kurulamamas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak strateji ile taktik aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin de do\u011fru kurulamamas\u0131n\u0131n beraberinde getirece\u011fi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz sonu\u00e7lardan biri, m\u00fccadelenin her a\u00e7\u0131dan<\/em> demokratik yolla ve demokratik ara\u00e7larla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilece\u011finin ilkeselle\u015ftirilmesidir. Mahir\u2019in deyimiyle \u201cekonomik ve demokratik m\u00fccadeleyi, politik m\u00fccadeleye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek\u201d \u2013Mahir\u2019in suni denge kavram\u0131yla birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz gereken- devlet olgusunun tarihsel ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal karakterini, geli\u015fimini g\u00f6rmezden gelmek ve bu a\u00e7\u0131dan onu \u2018yenilmez\u2019 addetmek ya da bu y\u00f6nde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesine neden olacak bir hareket tarz\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmak \u201csa\u011fa kayma\u201d olarak nitelenebilir. Proleterle\u015fme h\u0131zla artarken, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00fcnbeg\u00fcn yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131rken, k\u00f6yl\u00fcler topraks\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken ve s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesinin bunun gibi onlarca asli g\u00fcndemi varken bunlarla ilgili neredeyse en ufak bir somut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmekten bile imtina eden sosyalistlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llardaki se\u00e7imlere atfetti\u011fi \u00f6nem ve bu y\u00f6nde harcanan emek bu ele\u015ftiriden muaf de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sosyalistlerin hareket tarz\u0131ndaki bu kayma ya da sapman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fine ise yine Mahir ve Lenin arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hat\u0131rlamam\u0131z gereken objektif ve subjektif \u015fartlar aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131nt\u0131 yoluyla de\u011finebiliriz: \u201cObjektif ve subjektif \u015fartlar\u0131 aralar\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi ortaya koymadan, birbirlerinden b\u0131\u00e7ak gibi ay\u0131rmak metafizik bir tutumdur.\u201d Ama bununla birlikte, \u201cdo\u011frudan talepleri ana g\u00f6revlerden ve b\u00fct\u00fcn hareketin daimi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndan ay\u0131rt etmek\u201d de gerekir (Lenin).
